Our WordPress-specialized hosting runs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) compute-optimized VMs (C2) and offers high per-thread performance and memory speeds that can provide a 40% improvement in performance. The significant difference is that the C2 instances run at 3.8 GHz instead of 2.2 or 2.8 GHz, allowing PHP and MySQL execution to happen at that 40% faster rate.

All of their core nodes employ SONET networks, which essentially provide a dual-redundant, counter-rotating ring technology, and in the event of a fiber cut, the SONET will automatically heal itself. They also divide our circuits among several telecommunications providers, such as Verizon, MFS/Worldcom, and Adelphia.
