What kinds of print design services does BCG offer?
We provide a full suite of print-design services: everything from business cards, brochures, flyers, postcards, stationery (letterhead, envelopes), and presentation folders to signage, posters, banners, direct-mail pieces, and other marketing collateral.
Do you handle both the design and the printing/production?
Yes — we manage the entire workflow, from creative concept and graphic/layout design through print-ready file preparation and final production. If you prefer, we can also just supply print-ready artwork for you to send to your own print vendor.
What do you need from me to start a print project?
Typically, we need your logo (if you have one), any brand/style guidelines, the content (text, images) you want included, and a clear sense of what you need (size, quantity, purpose). From there, we’ll draft a design brief, provide you with a quote, and proceed once you approve it.
How do I know how much my print job will cost and what’s included in the quote?
Before we begin, we provide a full quote detailing costs: design time, pre-press setup, printing, paper/stock, finishing, and any extras (like custom coatings or special finishes). That way, you know exactly what you're paying for before we start.
Can you help with copywriting or sourcing images for my printed materials?
Absolutely. We can handle copywriting, layout, and — if needed — sourcing/licensing imagery to make sure your print piece is polished, effective, and on-brand.
What if I have existing print materials and want to update them or order more?
No problem. We can work from your existing designs — updating layout or copy as needed — or recreate the work from scratch (especially helpful if you don’t have the original source files). We also help ensure files are print-ready with correct colors, bleeds, margins, and resolution.
What if I need turn-around quickly — how fast can you deliver?
Timelines depend on scope, materials, and quantity. For small jobs (e.g. business cards, flyers), we can often move quickly; larger or more complex print jobs may take more time. We’ll always provide an estimated schedule when we quote.
Is there flexibility in project size — from small orders to larger runs?
Yes — we work with small-quantity runs all the way up to large marketing print runs. Whether you need just a few flyers or a full campaign of printed materials, we can scale based on your needs.
