Package Design FAQs
Q: What does your package design service include?
What information do you need from me to start a packaging project?
Typically we’ll need: the product specifications (size, shape, volume or weight); any product-specific requirements (fragile, airtight, product type, etc.); your brand guidelines (logo, colour palette, typography); copy and labeling information (text, legal warnings, nutritional facts or ingredients if applicable); and whether you need a single SKU or multiple variants.
Can you design packaging for different formats — like boxes, pouches, bottles, sleeves, etc.?
Absolutely. We can work with a variety of packaging formats, depending on what best suits your product and distribution needs — from folding cartons or boxes to sleeves, pouches, wrappers, and more.
Can you handle both the structure (shape/format) and the visual / branding design?
Yes. We handle both — from structural design (box, pouch, sleeve, etc.) to visual design, applying your brand elements, colours, typography, and any required graphics. That way the final packaging fits the product physically and expresses your brand visually.
What deliverables will I receive at the end of the project?
You will get final print-ready artwork files (with correct dielines, bleeds, safety zones, colour profiles, etc.), suitable for production. We can also supply source design files (vector/PDF), and — if requested — mock-ups or structural proofs to help you visualize the final product before printing.
What if I already have an existing packaging design or brand — can you refresh or adapt it?
Yes, we can work from existing designs or brand guidelines. We’ll adapt or rework the structure or graphics as needed, update dielines, refresh the look or layout, and deliver updated, print-ready files.
